Chipotle Mexican Grill

I haven’t taken a single bite yet and look how much space there is still in the bowl. every thing i asked for, i had to keep asking the guy for more and even with asking for more, still this much space? if im gonna pay $13 for a bowl then i would like $13 worth of food. on top of that i didnt even want the bowl, i wanted a burrito and they say they’re out of tortillas and it’s only 3 in the afternoon. not happy

Order online so silly

I have to start off this review by saying that Chipotle is hands down my favorite place when I want Mexican food and definitely in my top 3 favorite places to eat out. But this visit was absolutely extra awesome thanks to the wonderful staff at the Chipotle located at Foundry Row in Owenings Mills. In the middle of having my order prepared one of the Young ladies behind the counter was informing us that they were only able to take payments by card for some reason they were not taking cash so she still allowed me to get my food since it was already being prepared. I thought that was super nice and definitely above and beyond anything she was required to do

It was a rainy day today, and the floor inside was absolutely disgusting. There was mud everywhere i almost slipped three separate times. This location is also constantly out of something or is inconveniencing the customers in some way. The last time I came here I was told they were only taking online orders, no sign at the door at all. Today, I asked for fajita veggies and was told they were out of them with an attitude. The workers here need to do better.

In this restaurant they give poor service to Latinos and before society we are all equal, they should change the staff, it is not recommended for Latino people

This location is always out of at least 2-3 ingredients. They are stingy with their portions as well, asked for double steak and got hardly 1 serving.

Disappointment is an understatement.

One of the worst chipotles I’ve ever ordered from. Almost every single order i’ve placed from here has been incorrect. Tonight I placed an order for 2 entrees, chips, and two drinks and received ONLY one bowl with half of the ingredients that were supposed to be in it. So I ended up paying almost $40 for just one bowl?! When I call the store the phone just rings and rings - no one will answer. I will be contacting customer service for a refund. Ugh. ALWAYS check your order before you leave this store!! Or better yet just order from somewhere else!
