Went to another Chipotle around 6 pm and was told at the door that they had to close for an hour, no explanation, and to come back. We drove to this Chipotle location and was told they where open for online orders only. I think I'm done with Chipotle. Every time you go to one anymore they are either extremely short staffed or out of some big ingredient, or both.
The burrito was delicious highly recommended. Double wrap burrito with carne asada steak and chicken with queso Vegetables and corn and diced tomatoes and cheese also cant forget the chipotle hot sauce. The meats where fresh and the stuff were really nice. Very clean and organized. There was no line. I will definitely be back soon next time im in mentor.
chipotle corporate, if you are reading this, you have this store and the willoughby location provide this densely populated area with the worst chipotle experiences anyone has ever had. I literally will eat chipotle anywhere else in the country other than this store and the willoughby one. You guys could make so much more money if these stores were run properly
Absolutely The WORST SERVICE from any of Chipotle restaurants. The employees at this location could careless about you or your order. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Will NEVER return here!
The food was good, the inside was so dirty. We went when they opened up. Most of the drinks were out of order. I think I'd rather deal with the bad customer service at the Willoughby location, than, go to somewhere filthy.
Once again no fajita or vinaigrette dressing, shouldn’t you get a discount on your burrito if they are too lazy to cook the toppings?
