Chipotle Mexican Grill

the past 3 times i've been here i had to wait 15-20 minutes for rice and chicken, the main components of any bowl. Not only that but the rice was raw one of those times. When i asked manager Xander to provide some free chips or something for my wait he said he is unable to do so and that they are short staffed. Not giving this location another chance and i would recommend you don't either.

Not sure why, but every time I order online it’s a 40 minute over the time it says..

It's a shame this Chipotle has no management. The place is dirty a bunch of teenagers running it. Last time I go there. It's a nice location, but very bad management and dirty yuck

Super inconvenient. Didn’t have change for a cash Payment. And when I came back for my food I had to wait back in line and order again.

This place doesn't open on time and on the rare occasions they do open no food is ready. So, all you can do is wait "30 minutes" in a restaurant that looks like it was half-way cleaned. You can see why they have the lowest rating of all restaurants in the 3 surrounding shopping centers.

I would not recommend coming to this location near closing. We came about a hour before closing and their cleaning standards were horrific and the staff were more interested in singing Disney songs rather than cleaning up after themselves. I understand that the staff are teenagers and this might be their first job, but who is supervising this location? The last time we were here one of the staff members was throwing a fit and arguing with other employees and no one was taking leadership or trying to deescalate the situation. I posted photos of how dirty it is.

Horrible service. Lines all the way to the door with only one person attending and multiple staff in the back. Just wasn't a good look watching staff peek from the kitchen window then go back inside. The one guy did his best to get us going but management could do much better. This isn't the first time either.

Came in 2 hours before closing wanting to order 2 bowls. Was met with a mellow hello, almost annoyed at me being being there attitude from the team members. Upon ordering my food, they were out of most things. After settling on what would suffice, I asked for cheese on both mine and my wife's bowl to which my wife's had cheese and mine did not. When I asked for veggies I received alot of attitude, and little to non veggies. Asking for anything was a major task. Very disappointing experience.

I honestly can't be bothered to write a long review, all I can say is if you go here, you will see firsthand what all these reviews are about. This place needs some adult supervision for anything to run correctly.
