My order is always wrong or missing things on my order when I order it pick up or delivery. After the third time I'm just over it. Not eating here again.

I ordered lunch online for two, arrived about 2 minutes after my pick up time, and my order was ready. I was greeted when I walked in and my food was handed to me with a smile! From what I saw, the dining area of restaurant was clean and felt welcoming. Both orders were correct and the proportions were great!

While picking up an order, I got acknowledgement of being there then the employees who worked the delivery/drive thru. Decided it was time to stop working and conversate with co worker who was off and happened to come in. Customer service let's find some.

This location is consistently A DISAPPOINTMENT! My husband has been here on several occasions around 09:15 PM and we’re told they were closed eventhough the posted hours say 10:00 PM. I understand things happen when you may run out of items every now and then but that’s when management needs to check inventory/order points, etc. Tonight we visited this location and when we walked in, we were told that they were only accepting online orders. Ok, we go back to the car, place an online order and wait 20 minutes and go to the drive through to pick it up. As my husband is about to drive off, I asked for vinaigrette and the guy at the window said they were out. I asked if they were really out or if they just didn’t want to go back to fix me one. As I’m speaking to the guy, my husband is checking out bowls. Literally everything was missing from our bowl. We ordered a steak bowl and the guy said they were out of that so he just didn’t bother to give us anything but rice and lettuce, yet charged us full price for steak bowls. The gentleman at the window explained that they just had a bad day and were out of everything. I explained to him that communication is key in the event that they are out of something because nobody wants to get home and be disappointed with their food after a long day of work.

I got so sick today after eating here. I'm not sure what it was in the food, but I have never had a problem eating here before today. I was very disappointed, and I was in bed for the rest of the day.

Placed an order for pickup for 4:30 arrived at 4:20 order was not ready, I was prepared to wait. The location was empty, I was not immediately greeted when I stepped up to the counter. The employees finished their conversation before acknowledging me. I confirmed that I had a pickup order was advised it was not ready yet. A female employee pulled the order and began to make it. I was not advised until the order was handed to me that they had no dressing. The steak on the salad was extremely tough, it was a never ending chew-fest that made the salad less appetizing. The other salad was a carnintas the meat was dry.

I’ve been here a few times before and haven’t had any issues. Went today and picked up an online order for my aunt. When she opened it, she said there was extra things on her burrito bowl she did not order. Went back about any hour later for my mom and myself. I ordered us both the exact same thing. One was correct, the other had extra items on there we did not order. I called and talked to the customer service line and they did rectify the issue with a free entree, which I appreciate. But, what if one of us had been allergic to those items we did not order, but not to mention it wasn’t what we paid for. I understand mistakes happen, but twice in one night is ridiculous. There’s also, the possibility that it was simply mixed up and someone else also got the wrong order. I’d also much rather be able to talk to someone directly at the restaurant rather than a customer service line. If you decide to eat here and get an online order just check your food before you get home.

Dude saw me at the pick up window and spent another 10 mins making to-go orders instead of just handing me my bag. Had cars piling up behind me for no reason. Prioritize the orders that are ready and keep the line moving. Food is good, but their service is truly terrible sometimes.
