Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ive since changed my mind on this chipotle. They have completely turned the place around. They are quick and get you out of the door in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back.

Don't order online. Every time I've tried, it's always an additional 20-30 minute wait while the people in the regular line are moving through with no problem. The cashier was very rude as well, snipping at me when I asked to buy something else.

This place is a disaster! Before I ordered I observed the cleanliness of the place. The grill was absolutely filthy and they were out of all meat. The kitchen was a mess! They had one meat out that looked like it’s been sitting all day. The cook looked like he was lost and sweating all over the place. I decided to not eat the and go next door. I wouldn’t feed my dogs their food.

I got a burrito today and I just remember when chipotle first opened and everything tasted so fresh. Now when I ordered my burrito I got rice and what was left of the shredded beef which for me I guess was my fault because I should have been there when everything is fresh and new. But I got the bottom of the barrel so it wasn't as good.

The worst customer service in Hyannis. The place was disgusting, food all over the tables, floor, and the restroom smells. I made a huge line, and the meat I want was not ready, I set aside to wait on it, and when it was done, the asked me to do the line again, which is absurd!!!!
