Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolutely the filthiest Chipotle I've ever been to and the quality of the food was the worst. Avoid this location !

If you order a burrito bowl, they have recently started giving you roughly half of what you paid for. They don't even try to hide it, you just get half of a bowl instead of the whole thing. Must be a penny pinching cheapo manager. I'm done with this place, there are better local Mexican places near by.

Drove all the way from Plymouth during the Black Friday rush to get some actual good Chipotle. Unlike Plymouth they were STOCKED with meats, cheese, and beans. Everything was topped off and it it wasn’t they were making it! Plenty of heads on working and they were fast, made the food just to our liking. All during a very crazy Black Friday rush. I am so stoked we took the drive because we were craving it. This team handles rushes like a boss. Everything is fresh and we cant wait to get home to eat.

There was a hair in my burrito bowl so I asked them to make it again… Then in my new bowl there was another hair.. They don’t even cover their hair or beards here, so if you want a taste of somebodys nasty hair this is the place for you. but its honestly disgusting how unclean this place is.

The food was decent, not as fresh as I’d expect from Chipotle though. There were plenty of employees working, but the line still moved very slowly. The worst part was the mess on the countertop. The entire assembly area was covered with spilled food and it looked like a bowl of toppings had been dumped over the counter near the register. I’ve never seen anything like it, and the staff didn’t even seem to notice.

Okay, listen. I love Chipotle. I mean, most of the time when I eat here, it’s like my mouth is having a little fiesta. But at this particular joint? It felt like the carne asada had a personal vendetta against moisture. I mean, seriously, was the beef sunbathing in the Mojave before making its way into my burrito bowl? It's wild, because Chipotle and I, we go way back. We’ve had some good times. I've enjoyed mouthfuls of perfectly seasoned, juicy delights. But this? This was like trying to chew on the sole of a cowboy boot. I get it, everyone has off days. Maybe the cook was distracted, maybe he was watching a sad movie scene and overcooked the meat out of sheer emotion. But come on, guys! This isn’t amateur hour. Chipotle’s supposed to be the big leagues of fast-casual dining. So yeah, still love you Chipotle, but that carne asada? Woof. Let’s not do that again.

This location can be hit or miss. The food is usually good, but it can take a while to get, either in line or ordering ahead. And sometimes they’re out of ingredients (ex: lettuce this past week).
