Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've been a regular at this Chipotle for years, but recently, the place has taken a serious downturn. The ice machine is almost always broken, and the trash in the dining area is constantly overflowing. There's often trash on the floor and tables, and it seems like the staff rarely bother to clean up. On my last visit, they were even missing basic utensils. It's really disappointing to see a place that used to be so clean and offered good service fall apart like this. I hope they turn things around soon.

This Chipotle used to be my go-to spot, but lately, it's become a mess. The ice machine hardly ever works, and the dining area is a disaster with overflowing trash bins and garbage all over the floor and tables. It seems like cleaning the tables is no longer a priority for the staff. To top it off, they were even out of utensils on my last visit. It's disappointing to see the decline in cleanliness and service. I hope they address these issues soon.

Food is always cold and the portions are very tiny. I highly suggest going to the other restuarant locations, they're better; staff is friendlier and more efficent, food is always hot and fresh, and they give a good amount of food, unlike this location where the staff always have an attitude. Please avoid this location at all costs.

This store never has steak after 5PM and it's been 4 times. What the hell is wrong with the store? Who is managing this store? Management needs to look at this store. Is it that the store always runs out of beef or the cooks are too lazy to cook steak.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. They give the smallest portions ever. The one in garden state mall is better

horrible chipotle. sup par. dirty. disastrous none of the girls that make your order speak a lick of english. i’m hispanic, i get that they need job opportunities too but maybe make a effort to at least give off a friendly gesture or smile if you can’t interact with your words. this is what business and being in customer service/food service is about. they look at you like your bothering them for wanting them to do THEIR job. don’t come here if you don’t want to work. inside was dirty. the rice was undercooked and literal grains. the steak was like rubber. i could count the pieces of steak on my bowl that’s how small of a portion it was. i asked for chips, it’s 8:45 on a thursday, says they’re out, but im staring at maybe 15 bags of chips underneath the counter hidden. probably for employees meals. nice job guys. i decided not to say anything and just get a tortilla instead. honestly, i shouldn’t haven’t even been charged for that. the girl made me tortilla and basically balled it up inside of the foil?? tabasco sauces empty. forks empty. only spoons. garbage pales blocking off the side of the restaurant to sit. i understand you all want to go home but it’s 8:45, an hour and 15 before you close and you have about 5 FULL garbages in the middle of the restaurant. really? employee comes over to where im standing to get my spoon, with her own meal, speaking loudly laughing across the restaurant to other employees, completely in my personal space turns around and smacks me with her braids. can’t make this stuff up. this is not the first issue i’ve had at chipotle. they seem to have a high turn around time with employees since there’s a new crew in there every couple of months. i keep thinking they’ll get better but never do. someone’s really slacking in management or higher ups i guess.

We walked in to get some lunch here. Store wasn’t busy, got to order our items right aways. The kids meal was solid with rice, chicken, tacos, apple juice and chips. For my bowl, got the chicken with fajitas, rice, corn, cheese, lettuce and guacamole. Had the coupon from Chipotle app for free double protein. My bowl was spilling over, it was so full. All ingredients were fresh and tasted amazing. I finished the whole giant bowl. The service was excellent at the counter. All associates were courteous, helped me with redeeming the coupon and pay with chipotle gift card. The store was very clean. All condiments were fully stocked. Soda dispenser was fully functional . Restroom was clean. Can’t expect a better experience from a Chipotle than this.

Got staph food poisoning, can confirm it’s from here as this was the only thing I ate that day. Disappointed by the safety and sanitation of this location, potential health hazard.
