We ordered togo for 3 chicken burrito bowls for 3 of us and some extra stuff. The chicken pieces in the burrito bowl was hard to locate. Rice seemed stale and the overall quantity was not sufficient for an adult. Overall this location doesn't uphold the chipotle brand standards. Very disappointing

Placed an order with them. Part of my order was missing. Tried to contact someone about the issue but got the run around. Even the corporate office couldn't help me. Don't waste your money and time here. Very sloppy customer service and unprofessionalism. Update: I tried that already. No one could help me. Some type of action needs to be taken because this is ridiculous.
I asked for kids taco for my son, they gave me 2 tacos, but they were trying to charge me for the full meal price (almost double). I told them I asked for kids taco and then they threw away the 2 tacos and re-did my tacos in the box. Also the terminal was down and we waited for 10 mins and finally cash only.
Something happened to Chipotle. They have reduced the quantity, server is serving the bowl even if nothing left in the container. All Chipptle location quality has gone down. Need other alternative to Chipotle
Worse chipotle place ever. 1. Got less than half spoon of chicken. Ask for little more but told me it is the right portion. Half spoon is not the right portion. 2. Restaurant is out of cheese at 7:15pm. Telling the customer it will be a while so don't wait for it. 3. The drink fountain and plastic fork area is very dirty. Can not imagine using those forks on food.
Sorry to say, bad service from start to finish. Sooo slow! After waiting an eternity to just get the food served I stood for probably another 10 minutes before being acknowledged again so I could pay. And it was NOT busy! In fact another lady asked what the hold up was and why the staff was just walking by / ignoring the customers and not letting us pay so we could leave.
