Great service and experience at this location. Thomas was very helpful, friendly, patient and accommodating, especially when we were having issues with our gift cards at the counter. Friendly person and team. Would highly recommend. One thing to note: Parking can be challenging and is limited. I have never seen a parking lot that tiny, unless you try to park further away in a separate parking lot, separate from the restaurant's on the other side. The absolute worst location in the Fredericksburg area, employees have no urge to assist customers, instead chatting as if the line wasn't almost out the door...this location could definitely use different management.

I visited 12/16/23 at 8:55pm. I asked the lady for a glove change and for her to wash her hands because she was touching her face and personal clothes with her gloves. This is unsanitary especially when some of the food items require her to use her hands (I.e. cheese, lettuce.)I’m also mildly allergic to corn and can’t have cross contamination when preventable. she refused to wash her hands because there was someone behind me and she was more worried about moving me along instead of being clean so I left and as I was leaving she starts saying disrespectful comments about me. Worst experience just for me to not even get my food!!

This was my first time. The food was good.

Visited 12/10/23 at 5pm- my fiance and I both wanted chicken but it was the very bottom of the bucket. the worker was trying to spare it in assuming- giving us the tiniest scoops of burnt chicken from the bottom. I asked for fresh chicken and they proceeded to tell me they "didn't have any". my fiancé always gets double chicken and when I saw the slightly bigger scoop he got- I asked to speak to a manager to have them remade. a young girl comes out from the back and just stares at me while I voice what's wrong, she doesn't say a word and walks to the back. customer servixe was TERRIBLE by every single employee including the manager who looks like she could be in high school. lazy workers, the restaurant is always a mess and the food sucks. going home to cook dinner instead of wasting my money! From reading other reviews it's clear that this is a trend for this chipotle. Don't waste your time when there's others right down the road because this store has absolutely no customer service skills and should quite honestly just be shut down at this point. Never have had a good experience at this location- and we are frequent chipotle people!

My husband and I went to this chipotle on 12/15/2023. These pictures are from before I ate anything. My bowl is barely filled. My husbands bowl is the same way. I also asked for guacamole but they did not have any. I’m very disappointed and will likely not be coming back.
