Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is delicious and staff friendly. The restaurant was not very busy (half the employees standing around with nothing to do, only two other customers when we arrived), but every single table was dirty. It’s really a turn-off to be holding delicious food, excited to eat, and look across a 100% grimy dining room without a single table clean enough to eat at.

High quality food.

Employees have become extremely rude and leave you waiting while they stand around and talk to each other. Bowls are half filled while prices increase. If you speak Spanish they will stop serving you to speak with them. I hope their management sees this because I don't leave these reviews lightly.

Disappointing location, the very worst, every table top is dirty and the food always cold. No one over the age of 17 is working here. Unfriendly staff who could care less. Meats look like absolute trash, terrible quality. I am a huge Chipotle fan, and will happily change my review if this place can turn things around, but whew, they have a LONG way to go in that regard. AND! They never have Sofritas!!! Gimme my damn Sofritas!!!

This chipotle is terrible. Very unkind staff. I just ordered a steak burrito and got 3 pieces of steak. Thanks for my $8 rice burrito

Open, clean environment. One of the best locally!

This has to be the most filthy chipotle I've ever ate at. The food was cold, queso smelt rancid and just about every table was dirty. The soda machine and tea section looked like they've never been cleaned and trash cans had an awful smell and were all overfilled. They weren't even busy and there was at least 4 ppl working there. They should have had one person cleaning up. Whoever is manager at this location should definitely be fired.

I would give zero for service but there's no option to do that. The two ladies who works sounded so angry and annoyed while taking the order and literally tossed the food bowl on the counter and walked away. I'm never going back there.

The Best Chipotle location—great food, friendly people!!!!

Decided to try this location again, it’s close to home. Chicken Pastor salad was bad, tasted like bbq stewed chicken. When so picked up my order, the cashier had attitude when I asked for an extra salsa. Gave me a bag.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, DONT COME HERE. Servers put small portions and don’t even acknowledge you. Whoever was scheduled for the night shift on August 22nd, 2024, they acted so rude and disrespectfully and didn’t put proper portions. Never coming back to this location ever again. My friend also experienced the same service here, disgusting how they treated their customers.

The chipotle here has to be the best in town. The workers are amazing and caring people. The food is a 10 out of 10 all the time. The atmosphere is always friendly every time I go there. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to be treated like a family.
