Place very dirty, will not be going back.
The place was dirty and the employees have zero customer service. One of the male employees rolled his eyes right in front of me when I asked for a burrito instead of a bowl, before he even started adding the ingredients.
This location has go down so bad. Is always dirty.
I worked her for a month. It's terribly managed. Only thing that matters is how fast an employee gets an order completed in 15 minute bursts. All these reviews talking about how gross and dirty the inside is are true. It's because cleanliness doesn't have a statistic for the manager to show off to her regional manager. Food is alright, but I'll never eat at this one again or recommend anyone to work for this company.
Edit: What's funny too is people talk about how rude the staff/manager is here too. It's because any customer that isn't ready to be moved along as quickly as possible makes the manager MAD. The employees get yelled at for not magically solving issues ASAP.
Food was cold. It was last hour of the day. It's not good when reheated.
Here at 915. They are open til 11. Everything inside is broken down like they are about to close for the evening. Nowhere to sit and drink stand is broken down too.
That's a nice burrito. You can sit outside .local kids hang out

My daughter got food poisoning from this location and ended up in ER. DO NOT EAT here, it's filthy, raw chicken, unclean, and unsanitary. STAY AWAY! You can see other similar reviews of the fithly store down below.

This location has been slipping lately with smaller burritos and skimping on the protein while their prices are the highest they've ever been.
Plus their anti-consumer gift card policy still hasn't been fixed. You can only use one gift card per app order and you can't combine gift card values... and when I went to use one of my gift cards, Chipotle basically said 'screw you' by saying "You can only add a limited number of gift cards per day. Please try again in 24 hours.". I only used one other card today! It's like they don't want you using gift cards even though they are happy to sell them. When Chipotle finally fixed their gift card mess then I will reconsider my rating.
This place is usually Great, but dang man today their chicken was burnt real bad. Tastes terrible. Overcooked. Gotta be more careful cooking the meats 🤢
Chipotle needs to work on the call machine, I’m simply trying to call and talk to a team member about a DoorDash order that was placed since they don’t allow special request on the app. Can’t even speak to a person, the AI they have set up just reroutes back to more AI. Very frustrating process. Please fix this.
Trash costumer service, girl serving was rude, served half spoon on everything, not worth coming this location.
