Chipotle Mexican Grill

The environment/floors/tables was terribly unclean. Workers leaned on counter looking at me clean my table to sit down & eat. I asked for salt/pepper, worker told me they didn't have any. So unprofessional. The restaurant is new, but this kind of service will make the business go down.

This location is horrible. I have attended more than once hoping they would redeem themselves but Ive been disappointed each time. Each time the steak was overcooked and hard. Workers acted as if they didn’t want to be there. Service is slow. Just awful. Don’t go here.

I love chipotle! But this location just sucks ! It never has everything to complete my bowl or salad ! Always out of fajita veggies or vinaigrette and the customer service is poor

Sloppy lazy workers I just left 2-28-24 4:30pm they literally had food all over the place. I mean how hard is it to wipe the counters as you work. The food was half stocked. She didn’t put lettuce in the bin until I asked for it. The place was just a mess and nobody seemed to care. Smh. I will never return and the food was for my son but It just wasn’t a good look. Made me feel like I was in the hood all over again.

this location pretty much sucks, everytime i come It’s dirty and it doesn’t matter what time of the day I come they don’t have any vinegarette available.

Employees are not trained enough to maintain a professional workplace , Seems like they are underpaid and just don't care about the Establishment because of that, The place is dirty and nobody welcomes you and the food is not so great. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be coming back here. :( -DO BETTER CHIPOTLE-

Steak bowl with at least three hour old steak in it. Hard as a rock and absolutely terrible. Par for the course for every Southside Chipotle it seems.
