I went in for a high protein bowl they didn’t know how to make it the 1st person in line ask the manager for the card and was nice as I waited for the manager to look for the card to make my bowl she went to the back and came right back said she couldn’t find it and then started talking to the cashier didn’t even ask me anything or even try to help her employee she was just talking the whole time I was there she needs to be retained if you ask me I went ahead a just got a different bowl she didn’t even apologize or anything because of her I will not give a 5 start this was at 6:33 pm on April 19 mostly will never come back

Place was messy. Food was okay, but the messiness was what stuck out. The drink station said one drink was out, however, four were out, including tea. Napkins and trash were covering the parking lot and outside dining area. I was very surprised by the cleanliness of this location, as the area is nicer.

Worst. Chipotle. Location. Ever. Got my entire order wrong and the team was rude and disrespectful when we went there to pick it up. The manager was yelling at the employees while making our order and the employees kept ripping the tortillas and messing up over and over again. Maybe it was frustration maybe it’s lack of good management idk but we don’t deserve to get $70 worth of food messed up because of it. Take your money to the location on spring cypress next to the Home Depot where they actually care about customers and food quality. This location sucks and what’s worse is they have multiple bad reviews due to the same issues. Unless you are there looking at the person making your order, don’t trust them for online orders ever. How is it that I got red salsa on ONE bowl and it was covered in red salsa that it was inedible and the burrito that had NO red salsa was also covered in it. Along with other mistakes. Seriously if you care about getting your order correct go to another location.
