You shouldn't lock your doors 10min before you close when there are literally doordash orders on the counter waiting to be picked up. There fore you made the order for what purpose if your not going to let people pick them up. Poor management on your end

I ordered my food online for a pick up, and I ordered extra everything, and my bowl is still skimpy. I got my daughter a build your own tacos, and I got soft shells. And the shells were so hard they broke.

My first review a year ago was 5 stars, 95% of my reviews are 5 stars. I eat chipotle 3-4 days a week. The morning crew definitely still deserves 5 stars. But get there before the male night manager clocks in. You can tell the guy hates his job, not only by his portion sizes but by his attitude. If it weren't for how completely opposite the morning crew is, I'd drive the extra mile to a different chipotle. I'm sorry I had to leave this review, but if that dude is working I'm turning around at the door.

Went here during the weekend and normally it's just so-so for service, but they had a new line manager there tonight and he was awesome. Absolutely changed my perception of this Chipotle location. Line staff did great, serving sizes were very good (lately I had very small portions but not this time), and they were speedy and very nice staff. Really impressed with this group! And food was hot and very fresh!

Today I had the smallest lunch portion I've ever had in a Chipotle. I've been to around 40 Chipotles all over the country and this location gave me the worst lunch ever. I wish I had taken a picture it didn't even fill the bowl on the sides, I was able to see the bottom!

Everytime i ask for extra rice the mexican lady wanna half scoop my stuff and then add 5 grains of rice acting like it’s coming out her paycheck i go there nearly everyday twice a day and she’s the only one that does it and wants to charge for extra rice when no other location does that
