Chipotle Mexican Grill

I placed my order online for pick up and set the time for 5p.m. I arrived just before 5 and waited until 5:40 for my food then when I got my food the order was incorrect

Extra long wait for online order pick-up

So busy they need a little more space and help with keeping up on the amount of customers wanting to enjoy their fresh healthy foods

Service is bad. Online order was 15 minutes late. 2nd bad experience here. Back-to-back visits. My work orders from here frequently. We won't be coming back again. A lot of better restaurant options in Columbus.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle out of brown rice 10 min plus wait out of lettuce and had chips but only 5 bags and said they had to hold them for online orders. People were waiting everywhere.

Will not be door dashing chipotle ever again!! Here is a picture of my veggie taco with rice and fajita veggies. My veggie bowl did not have any fajita veggies either. Go in so they have to make it in front of you because this is the second time I have had horrible service when doing door dash
