Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very dirty counter. Out of almost everything. One gentlemen was making food and running register while others were standing around talking. I saw no hand washing.

Food was okay, not their best. The inside of the restaurant looks run down. It's in a great location, why does it look like it's run down? The appearance of the lobby is drab and grimy looking. The fountain drinks were mostly all out of order. The bathrooms were not working. Staff was really friendly but the appearance of this establishment needs an emergency face-lift!

Disgusting. I ordered a burrito that seemed like they just threw anything in. Rice was hard as rocks. As a customer who occasionally visited this location in the past, I will never do so again.

Refusing walk in orders because they say they’re busy (They’re not). System goes down and doesn’t tell anyone until the customer has been trying to order online for 10 minutes. No signage stating the system is down. Don’t bother coming here.

Seriously lacking decent management here at this location. Went there again recently, (guess I forgot how irritated I was at this particular store from my last visit!) they are disorganized and it certainly doesn’t appear to be a clean workspace where they do the serving. In addition, I asked for chips, and git “We ain’t serving chips right now”, I ordered guacamole and was told, we don’t have any right now, and the server that was working at the station where they prep online / mobile orders said, here, she can have one of these, and was going to give me one of the small guacamole sides she had at her station, and the manager ringing me up said , No. you can’t do that. WTH??? It appears that they really don’t have good management for sure. That’s not even getting into the temp of the food that is less than hot at times.
