Why don't you even put a teaspoon of meat ....this is a Joke Embarrassing, should be ashamed You make Taco Bell sound Good We know you don't care But it's a total mess

Always good food and food ingredients only wish the dining room was more cozy

We ordered two bowls for pickup on the app, and both bowls were basically half empty when we got home. So disappointed. They also forgot to put the napkins and utensils in the bag.

We got two bowls and 2 bags of chips…when we got home the bags of chips had like 10 chips and were stale. The bowls were cold…and the scoop of guacamole was like a tea spoon….I’m so disappointed ☹️

I drive to strongsville just so i dont have to go to this one. And i live 1 minute down the road. Young dumb workers.

Got my original order with white rice, pinto beans, steak, Pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole. The white rice was very hard (probably undercooked) it was almost like eating little pebbles. So I decided to go back in to tell the workers what was wrong and they made me another bowl but with a different tub of the white rice. Brought the new bowl home with me getting ready to enjoy it, I take a bite and the rice is just as hard if not harder maybe the entire batch of that rice wasn’t cooked enough idk but i don’t have this problem at the Medina Chipotle.

Portions have gotten out of control small. They barely put any rice in the bowls now. . If you order online expect much less than the already small portions when ordering in store. Really disappointed and actually haven't been back since November.

I feel like every time I end up going they're out cheese lately, "fajitas" aren't cooked bowl from a few nights ago seemed like the peppers and onions were just cut, tossed together and ever so slightly warmed. Overall past 6-7 o'clock evening shifts food is always terrible. And don't online order from here unless you want a half a$$ed bowl just slopped to one side with barely anything in it. If you want good chipotle go to a different location.
