burrito wrapped poorly. So it was hard to eat without spilling most of it. Taste was ok.

Most of the time, great food, but parking is a pain!

Absolutely terrible chipotle for multiple reasons. •The workers are messy and unsanitary. They just throw food at the bowl, most of it misses, and then they scoop food off of the counter with their hands, never changing their gloves. •The food stations were generally a mess •The chicken tastes weird •The portion sizes are way off. Ask for peppers and they throw in a couple of unchopped bell peppers. Ask for any meat and they try to give you the sheistiest half scoop •Chips are always soggy and underdone •Guacamole usually looks gross I know it sounds mean, but what I got wasn't worth what was paid. Please do better.

Lousy customer service. Employees standing around talking and not helping customers.

Here’s an idea! Fire every college kid in here and hire people who have more than one brain cell between the bunch of them. Quite literally the worst chipotle branch in existence.

Went in at 9PM on 2/3 and they had already closed for dine in. I’ve worked in a few restaurants and as annoying it can be you should have dine in open especially if there’s a line to the door. The prep area was disgusting with dirty dishes stacked everywhere. The girl who made my food didn’t even say hello or anything. Terrible service. She dropped ingredients onto the metal work area that i know is probably not clean and just picked it up and put it back in my burrito. I asked for light sour cream and cheese and she didn’t listen at all and just put huge globs of it onto my burrito. I get it, im a college student as well and I’ve worked similar jobs, but there’s really no excuse for how bad the customer service was. Maybe hire people that actually want to work.

I unfortunately eat here all the time. The only good time to eat here is when the GM is there or before 12noon. Today when I went, the prep area was covered in literally everything. I asked for chicken in my burrito and I ended up pulling beef out of my mouth. The employees have 0 patience. Like if you really hate your job that much get a different one. Lots of cross contamination. Cheese literally everywhere in every single prep bowl. I have experienced good chipotle employees here who take their time and have patience to avoid this problem, but that didn’t happen today. Dietary restrictions: Cross contamination galore. Do not eat here if you have an allergy/intolerance to any of their food products
