Sloppy service - My clumpy rice bowl was swamped with sour cream which made a hot meal cold. The exterior of my fountain soda was given to me messy. It had soda along the exterior sides of the cup. The server seemed upset that I wanted another cup. Just pass on this. No quality controls. There are plenty of options at the mall.

Not all staff members were wearing face masks. Shame. There was no plastic barrier to prevent the spread of COVD. Shame. Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered online and paid and went to pick up the food. The manager said "I don't understand. Can you explain it to me?" Um. I paid and I'm here to pick up. It's too bad that receipts don't have order numbers like at McDonald's and you have to give a name. Not everyone in the US has an English name. There is no courtesy or greeting for customers.

Meat was not ready, no respect and so disappointing.
