Chipotle Mexican Grill

After standing in line and waiting your turn, you choose the dish you want and the lady at that moment realizes that there is no meat, it is the only option that Chipotle sells without spice, everything is spicy, result? wait another 20 minutes for more meat to come out or leave, this is stupid, zero responsibility and professionalism, I left because I couldn't wait any longer, I went back to work without lunch, I had wasted another 20 minutes at another chipotle that is about 5 minutes, long line and then they tell you that you have to leave the card information and then charge you because the system was down, I don't have to leave my information, a lot of time wasted for nothing, thank you Chipotle for your terrible work, they are of no use nor to distribute food in Haiti. The food at Chipotle is tasty, but the professionalism is zero, the cleanliness is disgusting, and today I was at 2 Chipotles only to not be able to eat and waste my lunch time. Thank you Chipotle for being so incompetent.

A delicious Burrito from Chipotle. Fresh steak, and my Burrito was made to order. The dining room was clean and well attended to. The staff were courteous, helpful, and friendly. I had an excellent visit to Chipotle Cystal City.
