Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was cold and both the white and brown rice was stale and hard. Do not fully recommend this location. Other than this location I recommend Chipotle that is in a different area.

The worst chipotle in Akron. The rice is always hard. They never have any food there. And they do not change their gloves. It’s very unsanitary. I will never be back after today. I’ve given this chipotle multiple trys

Service was slow but they also were slammed.

Ordered chips and guac and half the bag was just the broken extremely oversalted leftover chips at the bottom of the barrel, absolutely horrible for how much it costs lol portions of the bowl and burritos are fantastic though so this being my only negative from here is why I'm giving it three stars.

Avoid this location at all costs. They constantly short your portions. If your eating for macros. Recommend getting meat on the side and weighing it when you get home. You'll be pretty shocked how much they really short you. That and half the staff are grumpy diring the day. 2x meat is really only 1 order . Wish I took a pic of tonight's food. The full order (double chicken, rice, and veggies) was what the other locations serve as a portion of just of rice.

It's nice to buy food that's high quality and tasty.

Ordered online for pickup. Service was fast and food was good, but not even half of our bowls were filled.. Chipotle is too expensive to be cheaping out like that.

Food was good, nothing was missing or skimpy. Drive through was convenient.

Excellent food and service, lines go quickly.
