Had burger and chips absolutely disappointed never go there again so bland and no flavour

Waiting nearly 2 hours, to end up with no food and no one answered the phones, uber support helped cancelling order. At 1:30 in a morning you wouldn't think they was busy. Absaloutle piss take

I don't understand why so many negative reviews? this place is open almost 24/7! it's speciality is fast food, not Michelin star fine dining. And to me, it does a damn good job at it. Chinos is FAST FOOD - not DINE IN RESTAURANT. and Chinos does FAST FOOD GOOD. old school busy kitchen. keep it up! thanks chef x

Waited for 1hour+ and food never deliver. Requested for a refund

I ordered a mixed Kebab - the chicken was full of skin, the salad was wilted - the whole kebab was just second rate. Get the basics right.

What happened, used to be great, where's uncle gone, used to get Saag gosht and tarka dhaal and now it tastes nothing like how it was made for me before. So disappointing

Wedges are perfect

Lovely staff, food was lovely couldn't do enough for you was about to break fast as well and waited for me and Gave me a few extra couple of wedges too thanks guys you're amazing xx
