Ordered at 5.15 told within the hour for delivery, waited 1hr30 to be told driver be 5 mins, then 30 mins later got told can I wait bit longer as driver not back, errrm no cancel my order

Highly recommended by friends but very dissatisfied, special fried rice was just rice apart from the odd pea. Sweet and sour chicken was disappointing, the sauce had nothing in it eg carrot or pineapple. Will not use you again.

I order from here all the time and tonight I was really disappointed, I arrived early for food and had to wait 15 minutes which I don't mind if the food is fresh, I only live 5 minutes down the road and when I got home all my food was cold and for the first time really bland there was no taste at all,I rang to complain and they told me it's because I arrived early? When I responded and said arriving early means I waited for the food which is fresh and fresh food is warm he didn't no what to say back, not what you expect when waiting and spending so much money, really disappointed.

2hrs for delivery really not good enough I appreciate busy on Saturdays but this is just ridiculous
