Chimney cakes are a much-loved centuries-old eastern European dessert, known as kürtöskalác in Hungarian and trdelnik in Czech. They get their name from their unique shape – a hollow cylinder that resembles a smoking chimney when it comes piping-hot out of the oven. We discovered chimney cakes during our travels – and instantly fell in love. So our family created Chimney Cake & Co. to share this love with you.
