Chili's Grill & Bar

Usually I like their food and service but last nite the food was cold when it came to our table...they need to take the policy to HEAT there plates so the dishes don't get cold so fast. So many restaurants are doing that now. They need to follow suit.

The last few times I've been to this location they have LITERALLY turned me away stating they're "too overwhelmed to take more customers" or they "don't have enough servers". I worked for Chili's for several years and this is unacceptable on all accords of business. Do better. This is shameful. We've left this location twice because of this.. Probably won't be trying for a 3rd time.

Good Cajun Chicken & shrimp pasta

We sat at the bar and ordered. Erin served us drinks and dinner. I had a very good Trio margarita and Bill had a few different IPAs. I really like the thin warm chips and salsa. Dinner burger medium for me and medium sirloin steak for Bill. Burger great. Sirloin too skinny.

Lizz is by far the best server here!! She was awesome from the start❤️ my family and I loved her. Thank you so much for everything!

Great late night snack.

Good food at a reasonable price with good service. Fun, relaxing atmosphere. Clean bathrooms.
