Christie is an awesome waitress. She has been my server every time I’ve visited the Saginaw location and I thoroughly enjoy having her as a waitress. She is very attentive but not over bearing. I honestly don’t want another waitress here, I’ve never had as good of service from a waitress before. Christie you’re amazing, keep it up girl! Will for sure be requesting you always!

Had a great staff working there and the food was prepared well. Need to work on the lighting over some tables which would dim down and brighten up.

There were 12 of us for lunch and we were all getting served in about 15 minutes.

I lived in Saginaw my whole life I had never been to chills before today and I wish I kinda went soon everything was so good yummy I’m a foodie type of girl the customer service was top tier everyone was super kindly & kind I came with my 9 month old baby girl it was very kid friendly she loved the mashed potatoes 10/10 highly would recommend I will be back soon Parking: A lot of parking spaces Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly they have little tablets on the table for kids can play games on high chairs & booster seats
