Late dinner service good food eh..

My wife and I have visited several hundred locations over the years and have never been disappointed. Until now. Our job requires us to travel quite a bit, and we always look for something familiar wherever we are. Chili’s is one of those that will always provide that comfortable environment with familiar food. This location, however, is not that place. While the food was still good, the service and atmosphere were horrible. There was an employee at the table next to us listening to a training video at such a loud volume, we couldn’t even hear one another. Our order was wrong and took three tries to fix it, when we did get the server to come back by. There must be a potato shortage, because there were only a handful of fries on my plate. Unless you order to go, I would NOT recommend this location until they have a change in staff and/or management

Ribs were dry and crunchy, fries were old and hard. Black beans and street corn were good.

Love the food and the atmosphere.

Carhop was extremely rude whenever asked a question she just frowned and looked up in the sky without ever answering me after giving my food she very rudely walked off

Very unclean restrooms!! Was given a 30min. wait while over 20 tables open. Left after 5mins. Trash on the floor of dinning area. Also trashy look in readily visible kitchen area. Unkempt look of employees isn't welcome either.
