Chili's Grill & Bar

We waited for 30 minutes and never received a table due to short staffing. After waiting 30 minutes we had been told it would be another 30 minutes. I normally like the food and the service but this was a disappointing experience I was trying to treat my Daughter to a day out.

Service is straight trash! Girl sitting here lying about wait time... told us 15 min wait...been passed 15 min.... don't like this chili's location at all .... can't let black folks run anything #PITIFUL

Sadly it hasn't mattered what state we have tried. While we were sat right away, in the bar, couldn't get my 1st 2 orders requested. While they may not carry champagne, so no 2nd pick Mimosa, they did have Bloody Mary on the menu w/an upgrade option. However, they did not have the ingredients. Ordered a Sangria, was the size of a 6oz pour of wine for $9.59! We ordered the Chicken Bacon Quesadilla that arrived with no bacon. Server was great, did best she could under circumstances, but, 3rd try, not a charm. Won't attempt again.

The host, Shamia, was HORRIBLE, RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. My husband and I came in for a snack and some drinks. The host told us that it was a 45 minute wait time, although it was not packed. The reason. That she gave was because the kitchen was behind. We asked if we could go to the bar and, although we should have been able to since the were seats available, she told us that we couldn't. I further asked for reasoning, because this has never happened to me, and she got frustrated, mumbling under her breath to a nearby co-worker and rolling her eyes, then turned back to us and repeated the same excuse. We will NOT be back and will encourage our friends to NOT eat at this particular Chili's.
