Absolutely the worst service ever! Waited an hour and half for our food. There was maybe 15 tables and all servers were hanging out in the kitchen laughing and having a good time while my family and I sat at a table for a hour and half. Server brought our drinks and got our orders didn't come back until 10 min before our food was brought to us. Ordered fajitas an didn't get our shells till we were done with our food. My daughter ordered a ribeye and it smelt like a wet dog. Needless to say we ate what else could force ourselves to eat since we had waited so long and then had to find someone to get our bill paid. The hostess said go back and wait at our table. At this point we were there 2 hours. I told him I'll just leave. He then threatened to call police. We drove an hour one way to eat at here to be treated the way we were. The kicker is we are all sick now throwing up maybe food poisoning? They had been closed for 2 weeks due to a water issue maybe they served us old bad food. Either way I'll be calling corporate Monday. I understand things happen and i typically wouldnt leave a review But this is just ridiculous.

Rough... Apparently restaurant has been closed w plumbing issues and just reopened on 1/27/24... They tried but understaffed and unfortunately showed..

The food was good, the service was really slow. The manager was actively working with the team and hopefully the service will improve with time.

Everyone was wonderful and my waitress was excellent. The food was delicious and a lot. I had the salmon salad. I ask for extra dressing no problem. Came in for lunch. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes. Not a single server or hostess in sight the entire time. Multiple people looking around for employees. Finally left and got lunch somewhere else.

The half-order of baby back ribs was skimpy, the mac'n'cheese side was unremarkable. Service was slow, and a check presented without ever asking if I wanted another drink, or desert. Probably won't return.

Sitting for over an hour and food hasn’t showed up yet. Multiple people have walked out now due to not being seated, not getting their drinks, or not getting their food. There are just 2 of us but multiple other larger parties that showed up after us have already received their food. They’re clearly understaffed and underwater.

Wait time felt like a million years, also employees would not greet us and or say anything until one employee came and said “Sorry for the wait guys.” Still never gave us a greeting or anything.
