Chili's Grill & Bar

Wife and I went to have dinner and the restaurant was 98% empty. Has to wait to be seated as it appeared that the two young ladies were waiting on tables and greeting guests at the same time. I got the chicken fingers with the macaroni and cheese . The cheese tasted old so I put that to the side. Chicken fingers were good. Wifey got the whole rack of ribs with dry rub on one and bbq sauce on the other. Ribs had a lot of fat but she enjoyed her ribs. Server checked on us a couple of times. Ran out of drink and had to flag the server to get another drink bit after that she kept my glass full. And the food came out at a reasonable time and was brought to the table by another person not our server.

Tonya Was very great and prompt with our drinks and food very great experience. She was really great.

Tonya was fast when seating us, she was very attentive to us as well as people that were before us. She was very fast with our order. Best service we have had since we started coming here in August. Thanks Tonya.

Tonya my server she was just amazing. She was very attentive checked on me several times. I will definitely request Tee when I come back. Your lucky to have her working for you. She takes her job seriously.

My cousin & I came in for lunch and had and when I tell you our food and waitress Tee did not disappoint!!!! Everything was good and hot. Tee kept checking on us to make sure we were good!!!!

Stopped by Chili’s for an appetizer of Chips and salsa. I love their chips so I got 2 orders to go. I got home and opened the chips only to find they were so stale, they were like rubber. Both bags of chips were not edible at all. I brought them back and the server acted like I was exaggerating but offered to bake more. Overall, the service and food have gotten less appealing with each visit. Hope they start doing better.

I waited 20 minutes outside to pick up my food. I had to go pick up my food inside when I put my order to be delivered at my truck. When I got inside Chili’s there was this very disrespectful waitress. I get bad food, bad service, and the waitress didn’t want to give my drinks. If she was working for my restaurant I would fire her immediately. Chili’s, find people that will do there work properly AND THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!!

Tee was an amazing server! Had positive energy.
