Chili's Grill & Bar

Hubby and I were hungry and decided on chili's it was ok the food was good the service wasn't that great the girl was just blah I like my waitress or waiter to have some type of life in them..So while we were waiting on our food there must been a young lady I guess that worked there but was off and went to a concert. She was so loud😶 guess she came there to drink at her job, mind you after the show.. People, if you're off from work, go somewhere else. Why would you come to the place that gave you the day off? 🤦‍♀️ She also yelled across the bar to another regular, the come to the bar and drink. I know that man was think why is she here on her day off🤯 Then the manager, which I'm use to them (meaning managers) at least smiling to there customers or stopping by the table to check on customer service. No, this dude was lent up against the bar, asking his employee the loud one above how the concert was. Also saw this same lady walk in the kitchen in her dress. I guess that's allowed. Wow, people, you never know who is watching looking and paying attention to leadership in your workplace. We just wasn't happy what we had to listen to by the bar, so we were just visiting, but we will never come back to this chili's ever again. I'm not saying anything was wrong that either one did, so let's get that clear.I I just thought it wasn't very professional. I guess you feel a little bit different as you get older. 🫣 Good thing the food was good, tho😉 Kudos to the Chef🙌

Only come here for the food and beer at the bar to watch the games. Service sucks, so don’t expect anything above and beyond.

Jacob (manager) went above and beyond with a rogue UberEats order. UberEats was unresponsive regarding my missing delivery order, but Jacob took the time to get ahold of them to make it right. Thank you for trying to make sure all customers, even third-party customers, have a great experience with your establishment.

Great delivery, the food is hot and fresh!! This is my favorite place for Uber eats. Also, you can't go wrong with the chicken crispers! 😋

Don't order mixed drinks. If you like mixed drinks with too much sweet and sour mix this is the place. It always makes me sick before I leave. Other than that, the food is great, the people are great. Even when you have a wild two year old, they treat you like every other customer.

i enjoyed my experience at this chilis, the server was very kind, introduced herself immediately as grace, and was attentive and polite, bantered and joked with me and my friends. the only issue we had was the lack of communication between the kitchen and grace. our order had been messed up in the kitchen before it came out, we waited 45 minutes with no food or communication. grace mentioned when she brought our fries out early that she had just heard the kitchen had messed up the order so she brought our fries out early and apologized for the wait. once the food did come out, about five minutes later, it was mediocre. the ribs were slightly overcooked and the sliders were bland. at the end of the dinner we talked with grace again about the wait time and if there was any chance of us getting a discount because of it, she gave us a good discount and to-go boxes for the food we didnt finish. all in all, the server was great but the lack of communication was an issue i hope can get fixed in the future as i would love to come back to this chilis!
