Great burger fries and drink with a salad for an unbelievable low price of

1-20-24 Wife ordered Santa Fe grilled chicken salad while I ordered Chipotle Bowl with grilled chicken. The chicken on both orders was dry and either over cooked or had been saved from the night before. Neither of us could eat it. We picked it off and ate the rest of the meal. The bowl was good, but I didnt expect the corn salsa in it to be so cold. Waitress talked with the manager, who took my bowl off the ticket, but the manager never came out to speak with us.

On Jan 2 ordered food for delivery and my burger bites was wrong did not get my backed potato soup as a side and I also orders a extra side white cheddar mac and cheese did not get it… Sooo I called the Galveston store and talked to the manager sure thing my food was still there so I was refunded but was also told next time I come in lunch is on them… well today I decided to go in for a bowl of soup.. and asked for the manager.. Paige can over and said my name was not in the back and nothing she cold do… So I was sitting there deciding to pull up my app I called crazy her back over and explained what happened and told her I was more than capable of paying for my food but was told something different she then said .. you came in here looking for something what did you say you are the one that gave bad customer service to me then boom she said leave.. with no please so here I am with bad customer service happened again .. stay away ..Page had a very bad attitude not everyone is looking for something FREE .. they need a new manager for sure..

Had a great time at the Galveston location the margaritas were made perfectly and my server Aaliyah was amazing, the food came out on time and drinks were always filled. She took good care of me and all of her guest, she was very sweet and very polite couldn’t have asked for a better time or service!!
