Bad experience all around. Took the hostess forever to come to her post, when she finally does she seats us and takes our drink order. The waiter comes around to introduce himself and take our order about 15 minutes later. We wait an hour and still hadn’t received our appetizer. We had to ask him to check on it for us and only then did we receive it. After an hour and a half we still hadn’t received our order, but guests who came after us had and not once did he say let me go check on your order. At this point, we had enough and ask to speak to the manager. I don’t even remember the waiter’s name because he only came to the table twice, but he was a brunette with glasses. This use to be our favorite location, but we definitely won’t be patronizing here anymore.

This has to be one of the worst locations! Waited over 10 minutes and was never greeted or serviced! Manager walking around more concerned with wiping tables off versus making sure that the patrons seated are being serviced!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My Mom and I went in and it was not busy. The male server acted as if he didn’t want to wait on us. He took our order and we decided to Order bar drinks and he was aggravated we did. So he went and had a conversation with the bartender who kept looking in our direction and made us feel uncomfortable so we got up and just left! NEVER WILL WE RETURN HERE!! We have never been so disrespected at an eating establishment before today.

We got ignored while three other tables got they orders took

We were on vacation from Louisiana..Stopped here to eat on our way home..we were like 20 people...had to order appetizers cus they COULDNT cook steak or burgers...food we did order came out cold...then..I said THEN..we all paid in separate groups on the lil machine..well my group payment went through but they said it didn't but my bank clearly said it did..yet they thought we were stupid to slide our card again..when we said a final no, she pretended to go speak to manager who never came out because SHE was the manager..and said the manager said we didn't have to repay...lol...nasty food and crook service..WATCH yall money...

This was the spot before covid!! On Sunday, the bar was empty because no football was on any of the TV screens, they food was just okay.
