Chili's Grill & Bar

Had one of the worst experiences here. Waitress barely spoke to us, when she would it was all attitude. Tossed food onto the table while walking away. Waiting almost 30 minutes to get my card back after she walked away with it. Would not recommend this location. Food was subpar. Not worth what you spend going out to eat now a days.

My spouse and I came for dinner on 3/10/24 and sat at table 31/1. Our server was Caress and we will most definitely be back based off of her alone. She was obviously very busy but never once let it show in her attitude or service. She still took time to help with the menu, grabbed some sauces for my partner to try before ordering wings, was quick with refills and brought our food out within 10 minutes of putting our orders in. She provided recommendations that fit our questions perfectly and never made us feel rushed. And everything came with a big smile. All the while, we also saw her clearing tables, giving the same level of attention to all of her tables, and helping her coworkers. She’s one of those services that really enhances a dinner out and I hope to have her again when we return! I’m writing this review immediately upon leaving because she was THAT GOOD!

The server was great. She was attentive and super pleasant. The food poisoning however was not great. I called 3.5 hours later to give them a heads up. After speaking with their manager, he said it was likely not them and that he would ensure their I’s were dotted and T’s crossed. A friend I was with had the same thing and also got sick. I will ensure not to eat there again.

I frequent this restaurant for the food and service, on busy days the Chili's bar is definitely a high value place to be Parking: Very low handicap parking, plenty of free regular parking.
