Joel was our server this past Saturday me and my wife were headed to a place called The Whiskey Bar in Mont Belvieu We Energies Chili's and got seated Joel was very informative about what was on the menu and suggested certain things his knowledge of the menu was great knew what he was doing and his knowledge of the menu was very great he gave great all around service food was as well

My waitress was so so professional and very very attentive to me and everyone else that she was waiting on I forgot her name but she was the one who made my visit perfect I will definitely go back and get her name and text you her name she was the best waitress I ever had in my life and I'm 66 years old she needs to be in management hands down

I placed an order using the app and immediately called since there's no place on the app to put any comments and talked to a gentleman in the to-go area to tell him I did not want any chives / onions in my baked potato soup. He said they had not made it yet so he will make sure there's no onions in there. Boyfriend picks up the order and I open it up and it's full of chives. Also I ask for a bowl and I received what looks like a tiny cup. Very disappointed! Happened on2/7/24 around 8pm.

When I ate here today for lunch, it was pretty good! The food was delicious and didn’t take long, the staff was friendly, and even though the floors were messy, I still had a good time! And we even tipped our waitress for her service. (I’m not lying btw)

Are waitress was awesome. He was very attentive and respectful. I give him a A++++. It’s our second time at this location and I can say the worse experience with Liz and Rachel. Literally Liz doesn’t have great representation when serving food. She threw out plates on the table and didn’t care, but some guys sat next to us and she is the nicest person like did we have to be men to get good service? If she doesn’t like helping other waitresses then don’t bother to bring the food out. When it was a dress to Rachel she didn’t care and said she would talk to her and rolled her eyes. Just a horrible experience. Beware they will charge you extra for things you didn’t order!

Liz, Raven and the GM Rachel are phenomenal. I appreciate the work these ladies provided for my family today.

10/10 girlfriends and I came in for lunch on a Friday… and I must say Rachel, Liz, and Raven were phenomenal they were so attentive and nice… definitely one of the best chilis experiences I’ve had and a while!! We will be back again.

Fast service, friendly staff, and clean environment. Going to have to dine in next time. Lots of screens to watch sports!
