Chico's Coffee Shack

Chico's Coffee Shack is a coffee shop which will have predominantly coffees from the Americas. Such as Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Brazil. Our pastries will have a Latin American vibe as well, but we will also be doing pastries common in most U.S. coffee shops as well. In creating this business I wanted to focus on Latin America. While working as a nurse I had the opportunity to work with kids from all regions of Latin America and their stories inspired me to open a business with a theme or ode to Latin America. Being located directly across from the courthouse, city hall, and UTSA gives me a great location to be able to share my story.
