Good place would come here again

Just a very poorly designed parking lot and service structure at the drive-thru, amplifying an already difficult drive-thru experience that can be expected at chick-fil-a. Food is what it is. I’d avoid the mess of the parking lot and go a block down broad to the other location.

Subpar service with no consistency. Subpar food portions as well which is strange because chick fil an isn’t exactly known for that. I’ve never had a problem with any other chick fil a’s service. I’ve been chick fil a red/signature status since 2018 and every year after.

I never get over the level of customer service. These employees are the best. My food is always fresh and appetizing. They are fast even during very busy hours.

I’m a big chic fil a fan but this visit was so bad. Person who took my order was harsh and pushy, food took a long time to come out (10+ min) and sandwich was just more than warm. There was an employee cleaning the floor with a machine that had a strong cleaner smell every time he passed our table which interfered with how things taste. Altogether disappointing.
