Meet Michael Killian, the local owner of our new restaurant in Novi! Michael and his team are looking forward to showing the community of Novi, Michigan what Chick-fil-A is all about. Chick-fil-A is a family-owned and operated quick-service chicken restaurant chain with more than 2,000 locations across the country. Our mission is to serve great food and provide genuine hospitality to all of our guests. Our menu items use fresh, simple ingredients. Most of our food is made from scratch in the restaurant. For example, our lemonade is fresh-squeezed every day, our chicken is hand-breaded, our salads are hand-chopped, and we were the first to offer a fruit cup as a side item.
