Always a good meal to take home

Drive through was quick and efficient. Coming from a former Chick fil a team member, I can say Savannah, who took our order, upheld all the values and behaviors you would expect from a great Chick fil a employee with fantastic customer service!

Terrible customer service. I called to inform the manager I didn’t receive dressing for my salad, therefore I can’t eat it and would like a refund. She said I would have to bring it back to prove I didn’t eat it. Don’t you think if I could come back I would just come get the dressing? The entire point is, Chick-fil-A made a mistake and instead of admitting fault/offering a store credit, which would get me back there to spend even more money (win for them), they rather admit no fault and make it difficult for a mom of three, who was just trying to grab some quick dinner after a late baseball practice. Chick-fil-A used to be the gold standard of customer service and that’s definitely not the case anymore. Very sad.

Restaurant has a repeated history of fulfilling orders wrong. How can a place be so friendly and polite but never give you what you order? This has happened to me in the drive-thru as well as dine in (I used to come in at least weekly). Management has reached out to me in an attempt to rectify these situations, but service hasn't appeared to have changed at all.

Always have a good experience here. People know me by name and are always so happy ☺️

Chick-fil-A,.... never disappointed. Food and service always good for fast food. Keep up the great customer care.

I love Chick-fil-a so much, and this particular location is usually pretty nice, but when I went recently, I was overwhelmed by the amount of flies and dirty tables in the establishment. I went twice in the past two weeks, and on both days, there was an exorbitant amount of flies in the restaurant. Then, I had to switch tables twice because the first two I sat at were dirty. It made my dining experience deeply unpleasant. I give it three stars though because the food and service were good, but the cleanliness has to be improved upon.

This piece of chicken doesn't even cover half the bun and the combo cost a little over$15...WHY? AND the didn't even get it right!!!
