Worst visit EVER at a Chick Fil A Slow Service, No Greetings,! Cold Fries. Must be under New Ownership!!

I decided to place an order from here after repeatedly receiving incorrect orders from other places and being reassured that it wouldn't happen here. Unfortunately, on my very first order, it arrived incorrect. When I tried to get support online, I was redirected to DoorDash, which only refunded a small portion of the meal. Now, I'm left without the correct food, even though the label is accurate, and I've paid extra for something I didn't receive. This is incredibly disappointing. I'll never rely on takeout again—I'll stick to cooking my own meals. Now I'm faced with either spending more money or going hungry until I get home. Thanks for the frustration.

I understand it’s located in the mall. But delivery like doordash and Uber eats shouldn’t be offered. It’s just too much volume for the small store. It’s an incredibly long wait everytime. Not to mention the parking which isn’t the stores fault but just makes another problem for delivery drivers.

This location is the best, usually the move along quickly.

We love CFA, and this is a great location! Clean play place that my kids love, great food, and fast and friendly service.

The worts atenttion of all Chick Fil A

Its a solid 3.8, its chick-fil-a. The worst they can do is get your order wrong and completely forget things like they usually do. Which is why its a solid 3.8

Always my go to place. The employees are nice and knows me by name I’m there so much 🤦🏽‍♀️
