Chick-fil-A

Gobble up the Waffle Fries only to find Waffle crumbles. Sit down and dine in sucks because so many people are still confused. As I went to my table to order. The counter orders were taken and delivered way before mine as I sat there waiting for my order complete. Atmosphere, gross.. food ,drinks napkins were all over the sticky floor. My elbows touched the table and stuck.. gross. My meal for 1, was $17. Not worth that for a burnt chicken sandwich

If I could give them zero I would. We love Chick-fil-a however this was horrible. The inside was beyond dirty. Garbage cans overflowing, no clean tables and sandwich tasted as if the cheese had gone bad. I asked if I could get some chicken strips instead which they gave me and theu were cold and dry. This whole time there was a female manager doing nothing. Was only one worker that was trying his best to clean and take care of guests. Sad the Mgr wasn't stepping up to him. Do better guys.

Why is it too much to ask that someone take my order In-Person when I go to the dining room? This feels robotic. We aren't in a pandemic anymore. Sometimes human contact is a good thing.
