This is the worst chick fil a. They don’t know how to run their systems and will waste 30 min of your time just to end up telling you that you need to go back outside and get into your car and go to their drive through window to get your food you already paid for, when your standing right in front of them in the restaurant. Why do I have to go outside for you to give me my food?? Oh and of course they forget all the sauce. I will never go to this location again.
The workers stare at me like I’m not supposed to be there. Like I get it? I go to CFA a little too often. I’m a picky eater and this is my comfort food when I’m out studying. I used to work at CFA for years so I fully understand you aren’t supposed to make guests feel uncomfortable for being regulars. It’s welcomed. Customer service is lacking big time here and it’s kinda sad to see CFA like this. The operator needs to be more involved.
The manager, Jen is unprofessional and rude to customers.
When asked if I can have a tea, she told the cashiers to tell me no and then when I asked the manager why did you tell your cashier to say no she replied back because I said so
Unfortunately beware of billing problems here. Used the app to order, picked up food, got notice of appropriate credit charge, all was good. Then credit card statement came later and the charge from Chick-fil-a was changed to show something that was almost double what we ordered - so someone either locally or at corporate is engaging in some post-sale shenanigans to our credit card. We have an email receipt showing the correct order amount, the app still shows the correct order amount, but Chick-fil-a refuses to refund the overage. UTC location says talk to corporate, corporate says to resolve locally. Disappointed our local CFA didn't provide any help (still being overcharged). So avoid this location (or pay with cash!) as apparently keeping receipts, even within their own app, is meaningless to them.
