Customer beware of product theft: this location has slowly trended downhill since opening other locations. Tonight half of my order was not initially given to me when I came through the drive through. This has happened multiple times, usually being a missing sandwich or fries, but not enough to notice until arriving at home. Tonight upon returning, I made contact with the guy that was working at the window. He was trying to go on break and had a bag, containing 2 of my 4 missing sandwiches that he immediately tried to give me, saying that there had been a mix up. When requesting to talk to his supervisor, I was met by a highly confrontational shift lead and her manager that immediately lied/gaslit me about the situation. After waiting 15 minutes for the staff to rectify the situation, I had to ask again for my missing food. I understand short staffing is a legitimate excuse for problems, but this situation seemed like lower level workers being mismanaged. I usually go to this location about once a week, spending $120+ on my soccer team and have never seen less than 4 employees standing around chatting while everyone else is frantic.
