Updating my review…this place used to be great but a few months ago, their operator left and they’ve been incredibly slow. It takes 25min minimum to get my food every time so I’ve been late for work. Hopefully they get it together or I won’t be coming back to this location anymore.
Why does mobile order take so long? Just for 1 sandwich
Does anyone look at how much they use Jesus as a drawing point but the food quality goes down and the PRICES ARE CRAZY.
Ever since the management change, this store has gone downhill. Will be going to the chick-fil-a on FM 2499 from now on.
This is the only chickfla near my home. Everytime I go I ask for a specific order, and they always seem to mess it up. I usually let it go, but it's really annoying. I decided to speak up and say something about my order this time. When I got to the window, they gave me my order and it was wrong, per usual. When I said something, they started looking in my bag as if I lied about my order being wrong. After i got to my house, there was no silverware- mind you i just got two salads. Strange because the receipt states my entire order correctly, but the ones by the window did not do there part. This is unheard of from any chickfla establishment.
This is normally my favorite Chick Fil-A store. But since like a month, no curbside or anything is possible and it does not matter if you are in line or not, the waiting times for food are between 30-45 min. That is ridiculous for a store like this. I hope this place will change again to what it was before, but currently this certain Store is a mess.
I don’t know what happened, but the drive through is extremely slow and you can’t use the app to order ahead anymore. I have tried getting food here twice in the past 2 weeks and both times I had to bail because the drive thru line wasn’t moving at all.
One of the more disappointing CFA locations I’ve been to. No mobile ordering, they forgot to give me all items with my meal (has browns and drinks and sauce). I recommend if you go to this location to DOUBLE CHECK before leaving. Staff was friendly about it however 👍🏽
I never thought I’d give less than 5 stars review for a chick fil a but here it is! I have been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years and it has always been my favorite. Something changed a couple of months ago and it is not up to Chick-fil-A standards. I tried one more time tonight to give the benefit of the doubt and it was disappointing. The food is not the quality it used to be and the wait time is unreasonable. I’ll be going elsewhere. Still love them just won’t be back to this one 🤷🏼♀️
I'm saddened to have to give a rating like this for a Chick-fil-A, but the first time we learned they had new management or something and hoped some things would work out, well a couple weeks later our experience was even worse 🙁
Food: not same standards as other locations. Check your meals as there will likely be something missing (both times) and previously Chick-fil-A was one of 3 places I'll drink their sweet tea and I will never order sweet tea here again. It was almost like unsweetened tea and adding lots of sugar to cold tea just wasn't working out the same for 2 of our family members.
Service: service is very slow. Very unorganized. Not Chick-fil-A standards. First visit under this management we waited almost 30 minutes for our food inside. Workers behind counter seemed scattered and stressed. This time, drive thru we felt rushed when ordering. He was very short with us and kept cutting us off. It was not a welcoming feeling.
Atmosphere: inside last time, very unorganized, long waits, people around us waiting irritated, and the kids area had a sign letting parents know the ac was out, but that door should have been propped open or something because the heat from those tall windows, texas summer, lot of kids, they were basically playing in a mini sauna 🙁 this time drive thru was pushy, at the "window" they didn't seem to know what was happening, they kept asking each other if we had gotten stuff yet that we had. Took a while on things we didn't. And just not as friendly experience as we're used to from Chick-fil-A locations.
We truly love Chick-fil-A, and hate this review, but I'm hoping management can take this and help with some cleanup because social media groups are also heavily talking about their poor experiences here as well.
Also, *not my experience* in the social media groups, be aware, members who previously received discounts for different reasons at this location (senior, military, emergency personnel) does not seem to be honored anymore based on others recent experiences that was unexpected. If you are one used to these discounts, this location *MAY* not honor those any longer so be aware to not be surprised. But this last part is not my personal experience just letting others know to limit surprises, but still ask as this could be inaccurate and if I hear differently on this, I will update this review ❤️
30 min for a chicken sandwich - first chickfla ever! Never again.
This chic fil a is the worst I’ve ever been to..yall need to retrain! I’m missing something just about every time I go and no one answers the phone! This time I have a small order and missing a fry! No one will answer the phone AGAIN..this is not what chic fil a is known for
Had an unfortunate delivery experience with an order due to it being delivered by DoorDash with the Chick-fil-A app. The driver ended up not delivering the order. Called DoorDash and obviously they were not helpful. Called Chick-fil-A and talked to Conner who was extremely helpful in getting everything resolved. He collected all my information so he could follow up with DoorDash but still got us our food. It’s the little things like this that make Chick-fil-A and this one specifically a thousand times better than any other fast food restaurant.
I usually dont give out reviews. This is the slowest Chick-fil-A that I’ve been through. I told them twice about the sauce and did not receive any sauce!
