Today's visit was quite disappointing. Despite paying in cash at the drive-thru, I felt like an unimportant customer. My order seemed to vanish or never got processed, and the managers at the window showed little concern. Instead, they were focused on other orders on the screen, and I overheard one manager admit he didn't know what to do. I just want either my money back or my order, and unfortunately, there was no apology or display of care towards my situation. I did eventually receive my order in the end and to the satisfaction of all the people waiting in the line behind me. Perhaps some retraining is needed so that every customer is treated equally. 1030am, March 5th, drive thru line
what’s the point of an online order if it still takes 20mins?
Every time I put an order for pickup online it takes them at least 40 minutes to get my order, this has been a multiple time issue.
This was by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. My sandwich was coated in pepper and my strawberry lemonade was just plain lemonade with strawberry jam in it.
