So fast and new

Be advised that this location doesn't have the indoor playground as listed on the website. Drove past 2 others to get here so my toddler could play. That said, food and service were amazing as always.

No drive thru is inconvenient for a fast food restaurant.

First day of this chick fil a opening, and I have to say the service is immaculate. I got greeted by many employees with smiles on their face. Service was fast, the food also was immaculate. Overall was a 5 star and would love to see this establishment go off to do great things!

No drive thru, lots of parking reserved for curbside pickup. Service was still fast and courteous service as always.

Warm food at pick up and cold by the time I consume it at home .5 miles away for take out

The new Chick-fa-la is such a beautiful addition to the Druid Hills and Shamrock community. The restaurant is family and business friendly with a great atmosphere. The entire staff excels in friendly, and fast courteous customer service. Thank you Mr. Shelton for your service to this community and your amazing leadership. Edit: still day3. There are two new 5 star reviews from Keith Shelton the owner and his family themself! That's just not ethical, transparent, or acceptable. I am changing my 4 stars to 1 for lying! I visited on day 3 of the opening. I was greeted by someone who might've been a regional manager and they helped me find the door for inside. The layout is very strange and I'm assuming it's experimental. There's no drive thru. Inside, was immaculate as usual, to the point where it's over the top. I have seen flowers on tables in other CFAs but it's always weird. In contrast to the window-service-only location which just shut down, this is the complete opposite experience. I hate the curbside order, no drive thru & online app pushing mentality. This is my day3 experience and the manager/owners are clearly working on getting it up to par. There was almost a 'too many cooks in the kitchen' situation. The ordering people are training still, so I can give them grace. However, there are already great skilled CFA workers in the old store which is gone now. The person taking my order didn't know how to make change in a register or get a drink. 97 health score
