Chicken Shack - Churn Creek

We created Chicken Shack out of our desire to celebrate two of our favorite food groups, fried chicken and waffles! Our fried chicken is marinated for 24 hours in a buttermilk brine; our yeasted waffles are prepared every day from scratch and allowed to slow rise for 24 hours to give our waffles a light, buttery crunch. We are especially fond of our pecan cinnamon butter, our bourbon infused maple syrup, and our house-made chicken gravy— all three of which are served with our Chicken & Waffle Entree. If you are in the mood for chicken wings, look no further. We are convinced that our three-step process of brining, baking, and frying our wings before tossing them in our house-made sauces means we have the absolute best wings in Northern CA.
