Chicken Salad Chick

I would just like a consistent good sandwich. If I ask for extra lettuce, why does it decrease the full amount of chicken salad? I am asking for something additional and being charged for such so why decrease another portion? Doesnt make a lot of sense. Love the food but you need someone who is consistent in the kitchen. If Im paying $10-$12 for a sandwich and chips with a drink, lets make it right. Especially when chicken salad is one of the cheapest things to make.

We had broccoli salad. We had bbq chicken salad and a couple of other kinds. We did small ones to taste test them. We liked all the ones we got.
