Chicken Salad Chick

I came in as a first timer and wasn’t sure what to order. The sweet gal who took my order gave me some samples based on my description of what I like, and helped me order the perfect lunch. I feel terrible for not catching her name, but it was my birthday and whoever helped a person who had a birthday thank you so much! It was a perfect first experience! You are amazing!

I really enjoyed this place! I have heard of it before & finally decided to try it. I am so glad that I did because this was the best chicken salad that I have ever had! The freshness, texture & overall taste was just perfect. No hard chunks of any kind and it was smooth. The right amount of seasoning too. I ordered the chicken blt sandwich with the broccoli salad & was full. This was a very satisfactory meal. I can't even compare it to a burger & fry because I did not feel guilty after eating this meal. Also, thank you for carrying Dr. Pepper! Your menu choices were many & your drink selections were spot on! I would have taken a picture of my meal but I was so hungry. Nice touch with the mini cookie that was wrapped up with the meal from Cheryl's cookies. Great customer service & I appreciated the drive-thru option. Thank you! I will be back again : )

Unfortunately, I missed the front-of-house team members names, but I must commend this exceptional duo. This was my visit time visit, they significantly enhanced my experience by providing fantastic recommendations and guiding me towards the perfect choices. Their outstanding customer service gives me hope that there are still individuals committed to delivering exceptional service.

There is a wide variety of chicken salad flavors. Anyone should be able to find something they like.

they were cool up until the white manager was telling a story and said the n word with a hard R to the black employee. Food was cool tho. That situation just made me feel overall uncomfortable.

It only takes one person (the manager / owner in this case - all the other staff have always seemed to be pleasant) to ruin something. We went in a few months ago for the owner to make the comment to us that our grandson always causes havoc when he is in there. Well most kids with ADHD do cause a little havoc at times but he has never broken anything and when we get our food he sits and eats with us, plus they have never had to clean up after him as he normally doesn't make a mess but when he does I make sure it is cleaned before we leave. So now, with the thought the owner may have been having a bad day at that time. we decided to try it again tonight just for the order to be wrong and the food to have gone downhill. I asked for toasted white bread to get home 20 miles away to find out wasn't toasted as asked, the Classic Carol tasted like it had a ton of salt dumped in it, and the Fancy Nancy to have mushy rotten grapes and apples in it. I enjoy a good chicken salad every now and then, but I can guarantee we will NOT be getting it from here anymore. It is a shame too, as we used to eat here at least 3 times a month.
