Their fried catfish is really good.

I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed after eating chicken express for more than 20 years they used to be reasonable great tasting food at a good price. They have now they priced themselves like a high-end restaurant which they are not. I just purchased eight pieces mixed dark with rolls no sides no drink, nothing except chicken and rolls. My total was $21.64. The young man who helped me couldn’t believe my price as he kept asking people if it was correct, he is to be commended, nice young man. I believe it’s time to find another go to chicken spot, disappointing to say the least!

Depends on location and franchise, but lower stars on food due to size of chicken tenders, on a larger box. Definitely need to ensure your not giving a bunch of nugget sized tenders to customers. Ensure they are getting bang for their buck.

This is good fast food chicken... The fish is outstanding, the filets are enormous and cooked perfectly every time! The coleslaw is also really good.

it's literally dog water, wdym you can't take the gravy off the potatoes why are they already packaged with gravy

Food was old. Taste was off... and we ordered a large amount. The cashier was nice but the rest of the staff seemed to not be focused on working and instead were focused on their cellphones and chatting.

I come to this location quite often and my experiences have never been less than great. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is fast and friendly, the dining room is always clean and the fountain counter is always well stocked.
